Driving into Carson City for stores that we don’t have in South Lake Tahoe is not so bad. It’s only about 30 minutes and it’s scenic, too! Costco, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, and In&Out Burger ;) are the places we go to.
DIY - is our favorite hardware store in Lake Tahoe (it’s by the Y)
Kmart is like a mini Target
DELIVERIES:
Instacart only services local shops in SLT - Safeway, Raleys, Smart&Final, CVS, Rite Aid… to name a few.
RC WILLEY delivers up here
AMAZON is our life line ;)
ELECTRICIAN/PLUMBER/PEST CONTROL
*these services are found by using google and it’s really a hit or miss. During demanding times they are all mostly booked and it’s literally a dialing for dollars game when trying to get same day appointments. You just have to be relentless on the phone trying to get a booking.
