David is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the purchasing process as a whole & really explains the details easily. We do not buy & sell on a regular basis. I would guess most of us do not. The last home we bought was our current residence that David helped us find & purchase almost 10 years ago in 2014. So, starting the process again just recently really felt like the first time all over again. David was extremely patient with us as we viewed walked & offered on multiple properties over the last few months. Never did we once feel any pressure that we were taking too long or being too picky.
